Arenda® is included into a package of delivery of the PC CD-ROM with the distribution kit and electronic documentation by the way of context-sensitive Help-system. For network versions - electronic key of protection NetSENTINEL-c.
- The IBM-compatible computer of a type Pentium 166-233, is recommended more
powerfully;
- The RAM is not lower than 32 MB (64 MB and more) are recommended;
- Availability of a free disk space before installation of the complex not less than 200
MB;
- Availability of the color monitor and video of a card (SVGA), placed(installed) with
permission not less 600x800;
- The availability of a printing station placed(installed) in the environment
Windows'9x/2000 (is recommended the high-speed laser printer);
- Drive CD-ROM or network access to the drive CD-ROM on the other computer;
- Mouse;
- Modem (for organization of technical support).
The installation of the program on the computer is fulfilled from the environment
Windows 9x/2000. For installation of the program:
1. Be convinced, that on the hard disk more than 200 MB are free;
2. Using the choice "To fulfil" ("Run") or otherwise start on fulfilment the file SETUP.EXE of appropriate version of the program with customizing CD-ROM.
2. Using the choice "To fulfil" ("Run") or otherwise start on
fulfilment files:
2.1. Dcom98.exe - Microsoft® DCOM98 1.0 (only for the environment
Windows'9x)
2.2. Mdac_typ.exe - Component of data access of corporation

The processes of installation are fulfilled automatically. Closely(attentively) watch(keep up) all messages, which can appear during installation. Probably, the installer will make preliminary restarting of the computer before installation of the program on the disk. For installation of keys of protection "SENTINEL" fulfil operations described in the file Readme.txt, taking place in the same directory on customizing CD-ROM. Conduct registration of the program and technical support. The order of realization of upgrade in more detail see UpdateArenda_1.htm.
The availability of the template Arenda.dot in is necessary; in the directory of
templates of the PC Arenda®.
For connection with the purposes of saving old templates
(probably updated by the users) it is necessary once to load the "Arenda.dot"
template and to fulfil macros "ПодключитьШаблон", having
selected it(him) from the menu Tools / macros /macros (Alt+F8). After start (button
"To fulfil") to indicate a folder with templates and to select any file. Macros
sorts out all documents Word in a folder and connects to them the "Arenda.dot"
template.
If old templates to save it is not required, it is possible simply to copy templates with
the references, switching on and "Arenda.dot" template.
The creation of new documents is necessary for fulfilling on the basis of templates
(documents) having reference to the "Arenda.dot" template.
Place(install) a level of safety at fulfilment макросов not above
"Average", so that the functional contained in the "Arenda.dot" file
could be used at generation of output documents.
The availability of the file Arenda.xla is necessary which should be placed in one
folder with templates of the reports (files *.xls). It(he) can be connected to the
template of the report by one of the following ways:
1. To make a copy of the working template and to introduce to a copy
necessary changes then to register in the PC Arenda®.
2. To open the "Attach.xls" file and to select the
necessary function.

could be used at generation of output documents.
1. For start of the PC Arenda® is necessary to start an icon "LEASE" from a
desktop Windows 9x/2000 or from the menu, previously having installed, using standard
resources Windows 9x/2000, shortcut of the PC Arenda® (file - Arenda.exe) in location,
convenient to you.
2. Place(install) the brief format of date for Windows 9x/2000 through Control panel the
/language both standard / date - DD.MM.EE and date of the end of period of recognition of
our century for 2060.
3. Name for an input(entrance) in the PC in the mode of the manager - "1",
password - "11".
The program admits usage of keys in the command line of start (in a Shortcut, menu "To fulfil" etc.). The start of the PC is possible(probable) with call all or some keys with a separator "blank" (space):
p - loading the "Layout" window;
o - loading the "Set-up" window;

Details:
1. After a key "р" (without a separator) it is possible to indicate access path
to the database (file a_base.mdb). Using a key "p" in string of call of the
program it is possible to provide possibility of switching of the PC Arenda® on operation
with different databases:
Below, by way of the guidelines, the possible(probable) sequence of operations on
creation of the efficient database is enumerated:
1. In the mode of the manager to register the program and to make set-up of working
directories (menu Tools / layout);
2. To conduct set-up and adjustment of the quick references of the PC from a workstation
of the manager:

The profile of account of charges and fine;
The holidays (if are used)

Organizations (financial funds - receivers of payments)
2. To fill in files of the leasers, objects of the lease, agreements. Manually or
import of available databases with usage of standard resources MS Access ' 97 (the
developers fulfil operations on conversion given in a DB of the PC Arenda® from various
formats under the additional agreements);
3. To modify templates of output documents;
4. To check up and to correct the data on the tables, printed out on a paper;
5. To conduct testing various functions of the PC and its trial maintenance.
The order of installation of the program complex for network usage:
1. It is necessary physically to include all computer, on which usage of the complex is
supposed, in a local network, and to select in network group
2. To install the PC Arenda® on these computers (at initial installation the program is
customized on operation with the demonstration database "a_base.mdb", taking
place in the directory "Arenda.exe").
3. To open complete network access to the directories of the PC Arenda® on each of
computers (is standard: "C:\Program Files\Arenda") according to accepted network
policy, for possible realization of upgrades from one of computers of the network
(computer of the system manager).
4. To install on one of computers of the network (switched off) electronic key of
protection (without a key the program completely is efficient only 30 days), TILL the
driver of a key, TILL the server of a key. It can be any computer of the network, more
powerful is desirable. It will fulfil functions of the file - server. The PC Arenda® can
be installed on it whether or not.
5. To create on ж/д of the file - server the directories for a DB, for archive of a DB.
To place in the directory for a DB the "new.mdb" file (empty DB) having renamed
it in "a_base.mdb" as a common DB and once again to copy in this directory the
"new.mdb" file.
6. To open complete network access to the directory of the database on the part of
computers of PC users Arenda®
7. To register the PC Arenda®, to make set-up of working directories (menu Tools /
layout) on each computer, having begun with the directory of a common base of the data,
having referred on the directory of base of the PC Arenda® on the file - server;
8. Adapt the PC Arenda® on appropriate computers for access to archive of a DB, to other
databases, if them is used a little, including to the database of payments program "Payments"
"Payments.mdb"
It is recommended upgrade of the version to fulfil in the following sequence:
1. Before installation to fulfil saving an archive copy of information base on the hard
disk or on other qualitative, carriers, it is desirable in dublicate;
2. To install the new version in other directory (variant);
3. By necessity to fulfil adjustment of structure of your database according to the
instruction. Since the version 2.10 at the first start the program itself automatically
carries out(conducts) required adjustment of structure of the database;
4. The upgrades within the framework of one version, if the special declaration does not
installed other, are carried out by simple copying (replacement) of files on new, and
since the version 2.10 the start of the file of upgrade "UpdateArenda.exe"
automatically carries out replacement of all required files.
