Installation of the program on the computer.

The installation of the program on the computer is carried out from environment Windows 9x/2000 (for Russian).
For installation of the program:
1. Be convinced, that on a hard disk more than 11 Mb are free for installation of the PC.
2. Using item of the menu "To execute" ("Run") start on performance.
File SETUP.EXE from the first adjusting diskette. Further process of installation is carried out automatically. Attentively watch all messages, which can appear during installation. Probably, the installer will make preliminary restart of the computer before installation of the program on a disk. By network delivery of the program for installation of keys of protection "SENTINEL" execute actions described in help files. {SENTINEL}
3. After installation copy in a pattern NORMAL.DOT Microsoft WinWord'97/2000 macro from a file Geopunkt.dot of an install complete set. The order of copying macro:
a. Start Microsoft Word.
b. In the menu "Service" choose item "Patterns and superstructures".
c. In dialogue "Patterns and superstructures" press the button "Organizer".
In the organizer close a file of the active document and open Geopunkt.dot.
d.. In a bookmark "Macros" copy in a pattern "usual" (in a file Normal.dot) macro "Merge3" from Geopunkt.dot.
e.. Close dialogue " Patterns and superstructures ".
4. For start Program "Geoitem" it is necessary to start an icon (shortcut) from a desktop Windows, previously having established it, using standard means (file - Geopunkt.exe, located in the working catalogue established by you Program "Geoitem"). A name for an input in PC in a mode of the manager - "1", password - "11".
5. After the first input in PC in a mode of the manager make adjustment of the working catalogues (menu File / adjustment).
6. For work of a window "Screensaver 2" - Internet Explorer of the version 4.0 and is higher or Windows'9x/2000.

Transition from the previous versions.

The given opportunity is intended for the experts who are carrying out adjustment of the program for various organizations, and requires accuracy. It is recommended before loading to execute preservation of an archival copy of information base on a hard disk or on qualitative, previously formatted diskettes, it is desirable in duplicate.
