Sequence of operations:
1. Delete the program (program "Payments") on the standard procedure of
operating system Windows: " Start-up / настройка/панель handle /
installation and deleting of programs ", previously having copied in other folder or
having renamed the database (for example in "Payments_old.mdb");
2. Conduct installation program "Payments" from the new distribution kit the
Installer by default unloads executed and auxiliary files of the program in the directory
" Program Files ", "Payments" subdirectory with the
following structure (Structure of allocation of files program
"Payments");
3. Delete again placed(installed) "Payments.mdb";
4. Rename "Payments_old.mdb" in "Payments.mdb";
5. Start program "Payments";
6. Refresh structure of a DB:
Fulfil the function " To refresh structure of the database " from the menu
" Tools / technical support /upgrade of structure of a DB "basing on new script
"Payments.dbs", which place at copying on the disk in the "Scripts"
subdirectory of the directory "Payments". Since the version 4.0 the upgrade of
structure of a DB is carried out automatically at the first start of the refreshed program
7. Fulfil set-up or донастройку of the program.
Sequence of operations:
1. Download upgrade from a Internet - page http://www.ooovtu.ru/Payments_1.htm,
file "UpdatePayments.exe".
By necessity download templates of output documents "Shablon.zip".
2. Start "UpdatePayments.exe" for installation of upgrade
3. Refresh structure of a DB, having agreed the program to carry out this proof
automatically
4. Register the program
5. By necessity copy from archive "Shablon.zip" new templates of output
documents in the appropriate directory (X:\Program Files\Payments\Shablon \)
program.
At simultaneous использованни on one computer of programs ООО "ВТУ" it is necessary to make simultaneous upgrade of all programs in avoidance of possible(probable) failures at usage of common components of programs of different versions.
